Parent Application

Information for parents and/or booster club members who wish to submit a grant request:

If you would like to apply for a grant from the Serra High School Foundation, please complete either an Athletic or an Academic Grant Request Form. Please note that in order for your grant request to be considered, the request must first be reviewed, approved, and signed by the assigned faculty advisor.  The advisor must submit the request to John Pisapia, and if necessary, be ready to discuss and express need.

We look forward to reviewing your request. The grants will be submitted for final approval by the Foundation Board at the following board meeting.
