5 Simple Steps For Submitting a Grant:
1. Download or print the application from the links below, academic or athletic
2.  Complete form
3.  Gather price quotes or tournament fliers to submit with grant application
4.  Get application reviewed and signed by the principal (academic) or the athletic director (athletic)
5.  Submit form and supporting documents by email to grant@serrafoundation.org or in person by placing it in the Foundation box in the school office

* Don’t forget to get it signed and submitted before the submission deadline!
